I love taking pictures of the kids myself. Christmas pics are especially fun. I was thrilled I finally got a cute one of both of them together.
Dalton is at such a cute age...but very hard to get to take pics...but we ended up with some good ones. Yea!
Ashby is my sweet little angel. She is so good and lets me take her picture pretty willingly.
The kids were all about decorating the Christmas tree this year. They loved to see the finished product. They will frequently make trips into the living room to just look at the tree all lit up.
Ryan does not like putting up the Chrismtas lights. He only does it for me and the kids. We are so grateful! I love seeing the house all lit up at night. Thank You Ry!!
This Year
This YearWe made our annual visit to Santa at the Mall this year. Ashby had a great time visiting with Santa and telling him what she wanted for Christmas. Dalton said hello, but wouldn't sit on his lap for a picture. Oh well, maybe next year. Last year Ashby asked Santa for a candy cane...this year she asked him for a Princess Guitar. It is always amazing how much they change in a year!

Your family pictures and the pictures of your kids turned out so dang cute. I can't believe how photogenic you all are and that you were able to get everyone looking at the camera and smiling all at the same time. Amazing! My boys have the same vest that Dalton has. I love it.
Thanks Jennie! The only reason the kids are smiling and looking at the camera because we had my brother and sister in law behind the camera getting them to smile for us. I love that vest too!
P.S. Your Santa looks so much better than the RC Willey Santa. (Yours has a real beard and everything) :) Maybe I'll have to be brave and do the mall next year...
That is too funny Shanna! The RC Willey Santa still made a cute picture! We went to the mall like the 1st week of November to see Santa this year. There was no line at all. He is really nice and good with the kids too. It has been the same Santa for the past 3 years that I have taken Ashby.
I loved seeing the two pics of Ashby on Santa! It's so fun to see how they grow up! And great job Ry on the lights, the house looks so good!
