COLORADO TRIP

The cabin is right on the water. The views were amazing.Here is another view of the cabin we stayed at (I took this picture from the lake in a canoe!) She couldn't get enough of it.Ryan had a great time fishing as well. It is something he loves but doesn't get to do very often.

Dalton got a turn in the canoe too! He had a great time. He was good and stayed sitting down and very still.Dalton & Aubrey at the horse swing outside the cabin. Dalton quickly became very attached to his sweet cousin Aubrey. He followed her around everywhere and would obey her every word. It was really cute. Thanks for being so sweet to him Aubrey! Aubrey took Dalton to look for Squirrels around the cabin while me and Ashby went on the canoe. Man did he love that!Dalton held Aubrey's hand most of our ENTIRE trip to Colorado. No matter where we were he wanted to hold Aubrey's hand and be with her. Precious!After staying fishing and canoe rides at the cabin we decided to go for a short drive up to Estes Park. It was a blast there! We all did the big slide & race cars. Then we visited all the little shops and looked around. It was a little cold and rainy that day . . .but we still had a great time.Aubrey, Dalton, Ashby & Ryan holding hands looking at all the shops at Estes Park.We all wanted to try the big slides out! They turned out to be a big hit. You cruise down those things pretty fast. Look at Dalton's face! He loved it.This is Ashby & Daddy (Ty is next to them)Ashby was scared at first when she went with Daddy, next thing we know she is going down the big slide all by herself & loving it! Me & Dalton (Aubrey is next to us). The race cars were awesome! We had so much fun with these. Dalton was so pumped we got the Cheerios car. The kids were so excited racing against each other. Awwww.Shelli took us to this amazing indoor water play park they have inside their community center in Castle Rock Colorado where they live. This park was awesome! Every thing was indoors so you didn't have to worry about sunscreen or the whether. They had a lazy river you could float down with tubes, water slides for kids and big ones for adults and bigger kids, water squirters, and a play net and stairs for the kids to play on. The kid area was all warm water and shallow so little kids could touch the bottom everywhere. It was so cool. I wish we had something like this in Sparks! Our community pool is so low budget!! The pics I got don't really do this pool justice!Everyone had a blast here. Even the adults! Me and Ryan went down the big water slides several times and we even got my sister to go down both slides too! The lazy river was awesome too. I had Dalton on my lap while I laid in the tube. He loved it. Ashby went down the little slide again and again!The kids playing on some play animals in the Park Meadows Mall. Why don't Reno Malls have play structures for kids like other cities malls? It is so smart they have these. Then the parents can shop for longer!All the family who came to Ty's Baptism.The cousins at the baptism. It was an awesome baptism. The Spirit was very strong. Ty was so happy and beaming the whole time. I am so glad we were able to go. We love you Ty!!Aubrey & Ashby in their matching outfits for church. Aubrey & Ty showed Ashby how to play 4 corners. She was in Heaven with all of Aubrey's old dress up clothes. Aubrey even let Ashby take some home with her (Ashby was beyond thrilled!) Thanks Aubrey!All the cousins piled on top of each other watching Peter Pan. They really had so much fun together.

We decided to take a family vacation to visit my sister and her family in Colorado. Her youngest son Ty was getting baptized so it was the perfect opportunity to make the visit. Dan & Shelli were amazing hosts! We had such a fun time. The kids are already asking about going again next summer! Thanks again Dan & Shelli!!
