Ryder-6 months

 Ryder is 6 months old now!  He has quite the little personality.  He is very happy and smiley all the time.  I love going places with him because he is such a good natured baby.  When we are out and about people will always comment on what a happy baby he is.  We are enjoying this stage. :)

When I started taking pictures of him he was just giving me all kinds of cute smiles.  I was loving it!  Ryder loves being on his tummy for playtime now.  He especially likes rolling over all around the room and scooting on his tummy to try and reach a toy he wants.  He is getting close to sitting up by himself now.  He still likes sitting in the Bumbo.  We started putting him in his exersaucer and he seems to like being in that too. 

 He can play by himself for longer periods now without getting fussy.  He likes watching the kids play around him.  He loves when Ashby, Dalton or Brooks talks and plays with him.  He always smiles so big  when they talk to him or even when he sees them.  He started playing with his feet a lot when he is laying on his back.

Ryder is still a great sleeper. He is still taking about 3 naps a day and goes to bed around 7pm every night and sleeps until 7 or 8.  He loves his blankie and nuk for bedtime.  This month Ryder weaned himself.  It was so sad and extremely frustrating for me.  All my kids have made it to at least close to 1 year old before this happens.  But he loves the bottle and is gaining weight.  So that is good.  On the bright side I am now FREE!! Okay maybe I'm not that sad. :)

Ryder is such a sweet little guy.  We love having him in our family.  Happy 6 months little man!
