One tradition we have been doing that the kids love on Christmas Eve is a live Nativity. We have all the cousins dress up and act out a program written by Grandma Becky. It is always so fun to watch the kids get dressed up and act out their parts. Mom always makes sure the program fairly short for their small attention spans and with a lot of singing too! This year the group was pretty big. We had all the cousins there to participate.

Dalton the Shepherd. He ADORED this little sheep Grandma Becky and Aubrey made. Look at his face! Dalton's line in the program was, "C'mon let's go!" It was so cute to see him get into it.

Before the live Nativity Mom cooked a yummy dinner for everyone and we all brought side dishes to share. The best part may have been the men cleaning up after dinner while the Moms got the children ready for the program. It was a fun night full of visiting, laughing and making great memories. Thank you Mom and Dad for all the hard work and preparation put into making this a GREAT night!!

Looks like Christmas was wonderful! How great that you have so much family nearby...I am jealous! I'd love a copy of Aunt Becky's nativity script. If you get a minute could you email it to me? THANKS!
