Ryan and me at the awards reception. My Mom was able to watch the kids so I could go support Ryan. Thanks Mom! Ryan's parents were able to go as well. The reception was really neat. They were each able to receive their award and then briefly say a few words. Ryan did a good job and I was very proud of him. He is such an amazing man that is for sure. I feel very lucky to call him mine. Congrats Ry!!

The next day their was an article on the front page of the paper about the event. They happened to put this picture of Ryan on the front page. What a great shot!
In Sunday's paper they ran the special edition for all the winners. Ashby hung it up in her room on her desk cork board. She was so excited to see Daddy in the paper. I love to see it hanging up in her room. I hope she always looks up to her Daddy the way she does now.
