I'm a little behind but our little guy is 11 months old now! Yay!! He started walking right around the beginning of the month. As you can see from the picture he does this "high-step" walk that is really funny. He is a pretty careful walker but sometimes when he wants to go fast his feet can't keep up with him and he kind of shuffles across the floor really fast. It is really cute to watch. He also loves to wave with one hand while he is walking along. Especially if he is walking to Daddy. I love it.
Brooks loves reading books with Mom or Dad. He will go get a book and then walk over with it in his hand and sit in our laps and wait to be read to. It is pretty cute.
His top 2 teeth are in now (making the grand total of teeth 4).
The other day I got out the tunnels for the kids to play in. Brooks just loved it! They are now a permanent fixture in the play area upstairs. He has so much fun crawling in and out, especially if Ashby or Dalton are on the other side or crawling through with him. He also has been loving playing in the Star Wars tent with Dalton. I love watching Dalton and Brooks as little playmates already. It is so great.
Brooks is a great baby and we are so blessed to have him in our family. Ashby and Dalton just adore him to pieces. He is so easygoing and happy. We love him!

It was awesome! Look at Brooks' face. He was smiling and laughing the whole time. It was adorable.

So, am I doing the math right? Will they be just 16 months apart? Go YOU! Drew & Becky are only 13 months apart and they loved it!
