Happy Mother's Day!
I had a great Mother's Day and I feel so blessed to have such an amazing family.
My little Brooks! I love his smile with all those teeth. So cute.
Dalton made me this darling little flower pot at preschool all decorated with colorful stones and shells. It turned out so cute and he was so excited to have me open it.
At school Ashby made these cute little chocolate treats and a poem. She couldn't wait to show me what she made.
After sleeping in and eating a yummy breakfast of homemade banana bread made by Ryan the kids gave me clues to find my Mother's Day present from the whole family.
I ended up being led to our storage area in our closet to find it all decorated with pictures the kids drew for me. I loved it! This one Dalton drew of me with a baby in my tummy. So cute.
This was Ashby's drawing.
This was my present hiding under a blanket! LOVE my new pots and pans! Yay!

I loved reading the cards the kids gave me, especially Ashby's. She is so funny.
Her card said, "I love you because your always helping me when I need help. You take us out to eat a lot and your just plain nice. I couldn't have a better Mom." Love, Ashby
That is priceless! Especially the eating out part. Hilarious!
We had a great day at church and Ryan joked that the best Mother's Day present would be for me to sit alone. We had a good laugh about it. But it was great to be sitting all together as a family and I wouldn't have it any other way!
After church Ryan cooked dinner for me and my parents. It was soooo good! We had tri-tip, fresh pineapple, ceasar salad, bread and artichoke dip and finished it off with the chocolate fountain for dessert.
We had a great time visiting and the kids loved being able to be read to and play with grandma and grandpa. It was a wonderful day!
My brother Mark dropped by these flowers for me on Saturday. It was so thoughtful and they were so beautiful! Thanks Mark!
