Another Birthday week in the books! Ryan seems to spoil me more each year. Gotta love that. We always joke around about my Birthday turns into a Birthday week instead of an actual day. Well this year was no different. Ha! We started out the Friday before going out with our good friends the Talbots for dinner at Outback. The next day was Saturday and Ryan made appointments for me and Ashby to get pedicures & manicures together in the morning. It is the BEST!! Me and Ashby love doing this together. She was so funny on the way over to the nail Salon she thanked me for letting her come on my Birthday outing. Then my Mom took me to brunch and shopping. We ate at the Squeeze Inn. It was really good! It was so much fun shopping with Mom. Just like old times! Later Ryan and I went to the adult session of Stake Conference. Rich and Cheri were so sweet to offer to babysit for us. Sunday I got another early Birthday present: listening to Ashby speak in our Stake Conference. :) (see post above)
Monday was my actual Birthday and it turned out to be a really hot day so I took the boys to the pool(poor Ashby was still in school). They loved it! I made Ryan bring me home a Nothing Bundt Cake. They are my favorite!! Plus I knew the kids would be bummed if I didn’t have a cake or anything to celebrate with me. It was Dalton’s last football game of the season so we all went to watch him play. After the game my brother Jason came over to watch the kids while Ryan and I hit up Sushi and a late movie. It was the perfect day. To end my celebratory week some girls in our ward met up at yogurt beach a few days later. Yeah, I really know how to stretch my Birthday for all it’s worth.
