Brooks Blessing Day

Ryan blessed Brooks Robert Bellows on Sunday, March 28th in the Satellite Hills Ward at the Shadow Lane Chapel.

We blessed Brooks this past Fast Sunday. It was such a wonderful day. We were so happy to share it with so many family members and loved ones. Ryan gave a beautiful blessing and the Spirit was strong. I felt so blessed today. We really feel like Brooks is our little miracle baby. It took so much to get him here. And we are loving every minute of having him in our family.
Brooks was an angel during the blessing and slept through the whole thing.



Afterwards we enjoyed fast and testimony meeting. Ashby got up by herself and bore the sweetest testimony. She continues to amaze us with her ability and love of public speaking (she must get that from her Dad . . . definitely not from me! :) )

The highlight of the blessing was having my great grandma Forman there to share it with us. She was given permission to leave her mission in Salt Lake City to attend. It was so wonderful to have her there and hear her sweet testimony. She is such a great example of service and dedication to the gospel to all of us. What a sweet moment when she was able to hold Brooks in her arms for the first time.

After pictures we hosted a small lunch at our house. We enjoyed some yummy food and visiting with everyone who came. It was such a wonderful day! Thank you for everyone who celebrated with us. This is what it is all about. FAMILY. I love it!!
