The Nursery

Brooks has Dalton's old room. I love it as a nursery. It is a big room with a lot of space to work with. It is a rectangle shaped room with a ton of huge windows in it so I knew we would have to do some window treatments for it to make it look complete. The bedding, furniture, and decor is all of Dalton's hand me downs. I really loved this nursery for Dalton so I didn't really want to change it when I found out we were having another boy. The rug I definitely splurged on and bought at Pottery Barn Kids. You can really tell the difference in a quality rug I must say. It is so plush and soft to step on.

I love the dark cherry wood look of the crib and changing station. I love how the hutch has a lot of room for storage and display. We hung these inexpensive shelves from Target. The cherry wood color was a perfect match to the other furniture.

BOTH rooms are just adorable! You are so talented that way! Someday when I we live in the States, settle down and buy a home, I'm going to hire you to decorate our house! I wonder if that will ever happen!?! I guess you'll just have to come to Fiji! :)
