Gingerbread houses.
The kids love decorating gingerbread houses soon after Thanksgiving with their cousins Ben and Sam. I was so sad I missed taking pictures of all the cousins together! This year we got together on a Monday night and had a special FHE before we decorated. We watched the new church bible video called "A gift to the world". It is so good. After we finished decorating the houses we had dessert together.
Look at that concentration. :)
The finished product.
This is what happens when you take too many pictures of Dalton! ha ha.
Parties and more parties.
Dalton's preschool had a little Christmas party. They decorated cute little gingerbread houses, ate yummy popcorn and treats, then gave us their little home-made gifts they had made in class.I love this picture . . . you can see Dalton stuffing his face with popcorn. He LOVES popcorn!!
Dalton's present for me all decorated. So cute.
It was great to be able to spend some one on one time with Dalton. He is such a fun little guy.
This is Dalton's preschool class with his wonderful teacher Miss Susan(Ashby had her too. She is the best). We love her. Dalton has a great class too. 3 kids from church are in his class and we all carpool together. Dalton loves it!
Me and Dalton with his present he made (a box of love . . . so cute)!
Next on the list was our ward's Christmas party. This year they did a Candy land breakfast. It was so much fun! Of course Santa was there and the kids were so excited to see him.
Dalton asked him for a Star Wars Millennium Falcon ship.
Ashby asked him for an American Girl Doll.
Brooks wouldn't get too close to Santa . . . maybe next year.
He did take a present from Santa though. :)
The whole family
Ashby and Dalton at the breakfast. They had so much fun. They especially loved the hot chocolate table where you could put peppermint candies and whip cream in your cup. mmmm. :)
We can never get Brooks to smile at the camera anymore. So sad!! He's still pretty cute though. :)
Dalton and his good buddy Brady.

We had gingerbread house night the other day. Your house turned out way better than ours. It's still so much fun.
