Ashby had her school party before she went on break. It was fun to go in and celebrate with her class. They did a book exchange. Each child bought a book that they thought anyone would like wrapped as a present. On the day of the party the teacher read a book and they sat in a circle and passed the books left or right depending on a certain word the teacher read in the story. At the end of the story you got to open the present and keep the book. It was really cute. Ashby ended up trading someone for the book we brought because she really liked it. Too funny.
I made these treats for the class. It was fun to have my sister in town with her niece. They helped me make these. The idea was from last years family fun magazine.
Ashby loved handing out her special treats.
