Pumpkin Carving

We finally got our pumpkins carved a day before Halloween!  We all had a fun time with it.  The kids picked the patterns and I got to carve them.  I’m not a very talented carver that’s for sure.  I’m way too impatient for this sort of thing.  Afterwards we baked pumpkins seeds, lit our Jack O’ Lanterns and sang “5 little pumpkins” sitting on the gate song with all the lights turned off.  The kids LOVE it.  Brooks was fun to watch during the singing.  He was so happy and started singing all the words by the 2nd or 3rd time through.  He LOVES music and singing.  So fun!
