Miss Ashby was in the paper again this month. Lucky girl! The vice principal picked 5 students from her school to submit questions to the reporter and get their pictures taken in case their questions were the ones chosen for the article. Well Ashby’s question and picture appeared in Thursdays paper. Yay! Pretty awesome and what a cute picture of our sweet girl.

Question: How do schools get their supplies like books, chairs, pencils, desks and paper? – Ashby Bellows, Miguel Sepulveda third grader
Answer: Each school has purchasing power to submit requests electronically for supplies. The cost of supplies is applied against each school’s budget and the purchasing department buys these supplies in bulk to save money.
