Ryder-2 months

Ryder is 2 months old!  At his 2 month Dr. appointment he weighed 13 lbs. 8 oz. and 23 1/2 inches long.  This boy has really grown!  I love his chubby cheeks and his crazy hair. Seriously isn't his hair awesome?!

Ryder is a happy little guy.  He loves to smile, coo, and laugh all the time.  He is such a joy to us. He loves to sleep in his carrier or bed and does not like to be rocked or held to sleep.  It is awesome!  When he gets fussy we just put him to bed and he falls right asleep.  He is sleeping 7-9 hours straight at night now.  We so love him for that.

Ryder is such a good baby.  He is very low maintenance.  Good thing because Brooks is definitely not right now!  He eats every 3 hours and has fallen right into a great little scheduled routine pretty much since birth.  He doesn't spit up at all.  Which I find amazing because all my other babies did.  It is so nice to have a baby that doesn't do that!  I can actually wear the same outfit all day!  Amazing!

I love this little close mouthed smile Ryder does.  We are still debating who he looks like.  He has a rounder face than our other kids and darker hair but they all seem to have those same blue eyes.  I guess time will tell.  It will be fun to see who he looks like as he grows up.

All the kids can get Ryder to smile so easily.  Even little Brooks gets big smiles from Ryder.  It is too cute.

Ryder loves to play in his little gym and bat at the objects.  He also loves to play with his hands. He will lay on the changing table and play with his hands for a long time.  He likes sitting in his bouncer seat and watching everyone around him.

Ryder's nails grow like weeds!  I feel like I am constantly trimming them and they grow back so quickly.  Poor guy scratches himself quite often.

He likes to be in the swing while I get ready or run on the treadmill.  He loves the sound of the blow dryer or the vacuum.
