Ryder-7 months

Ryder is 7 months old.  I can't believe it.  It sounds so old.  He is growing and changing all the time.  He is sitting up pretty well now.  He is still such a happy baby.  We just have to look at him and he immediately smiles and gives us laughs and giggles.  If he hears his brothers or sister's voice he turns his head to find it and smiles from ear to ear.  It is so sweet.  Dalton usually gets big laughs from him.  I love it.
I finally gave Ryder a little hair cut.  I like how it turned out.  Ryder's personality is so fun.  We love playing with him and making him smile.  He loves rolling all around the floor playing with things he rolls into.  It makes me laugh.  He has a way of pivoting his body and rotating it to get anywhere.  He kind of scoots on his stomach to get a toy he really wants.
He is getting so chubby!  Look at those cheeks.  He loves to drink his bottles.  He is a great eater.  He is so calm and mellow when he eats.  He doesn't mind all the chaos going on around him.  He is also loving baby food.  His favorites are rice cereal with bananas, apple sauce, sweet potatoes, and squash.  He still likes to eat in the bouncer seat.
He is so wiggly.  When I try to change his diaper or clothes he tries to flip and roll over the whole time.  He loves his blankie for bedtime or if he is in his carseat.  He likes riding in the car.  He loves to play with tags on things like blankets or toys.

Ryder is on a great sleep schedule.  He sleeps 12 hours straight at night from 7pm to 7am.  He still likes sleeping on his back with his blanket and pacifier.  He naps 3 times a day for 1.5-2 hrs. each.  It is so nice!
Ryder seems to really recognize people now.  Lately he doesn't like to be left alone to play on the floor if he knows the rest of the family is eating at the table.  He really reaches and grabs for things when you hold him.  His favorites are the TV remote, necklaces, glasses, and water bottles.
Ryder loves bathtime.  We just got him a bath seat that he can use in the real tub.  It has been great.  He seems to really like it.

Triple baths around our house are a must!  The boys love being together in the bath.
